Hello! I have been using the Scorecery application for a project for my graduate school program and am wondering if somebody can help me to understand some of the functions available in Formfacade. For brief context: We are conducting a research project where we will be analyzing survey data collected by several partner sites. Because of the way this research project is designated by our review board, our team at our university can’t have access to the raw survey data that’s collected by the sites and instead will receive de-identified responses from them. Our research team created the survey in Google Forms and used the Scorecery application to calculate several scores which are needed by staff at the partner sites. Currently, we are trying to determine 1) how to share access to the survey and responses with the other sites, 2) how to manage our own access to the incoming survey data in Formfacade. We’ve looked into some options and have a few questions. 1) If I add a collaborator to a Formfacade form do they also need a Formfacade account to use a survey link and view previously collected responses? Or does just being a collaborator on a form grant this access as long as I continue to have an active account? 2) When adding collaborators to a form are there any privileges other than “can edit”? And is it possible to change these privileges for individual collaborators? a.) For instance, I’d like one collaborator to be able to administer surveys and view responses while being restricted from making edits to the form. In addition, I’d like another to be able to make edits to the form but to be restricted from viewing responses. b.) Would it be possible to restrict myself (as the account holder) from viewing survey responses on the Formfacade website? 3) Is it possible to change the password for my Formfacade account, or would this require changing my Google password since they are connected? We are aware that ultimately we can manage this access via the Google Form and Google Sheet where these responses also exist. However, we are more concerned that as the Formfacade account holders we will have continued access to all of the survey responses through the website when we should not have this level of access.
