                    Hello, my CEO started with the free trial and shared the link to add me as a collaborator and I could log in just fine. However, the free trial ended, and my CEO paid for a year's subscription, but I can no longer log in. A box prompts me to upgrade, but my CEO already did. She is able to log in successfully. Hi Melody, The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to create the form and collect responses. Please note that the collaborators will have to subscribe to the paid plan using their email account to use Formfacade after their trial ends.
