Hi Veronica, You can customize the ui using the Formfacade addon for Google Forms. Once you customize the form, you must use the Formfacade share link to collect responses or embed the form on your website and use the url of that webpage to collect responses. Otherwise, the customizations will not work. When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can also sync the google forms responses to google sheets. You can manage the responses in Formfacade using the Responses page. Delete responses from Formfacade You can move redundant responses to Trash status. These responses will not be included in the Reports. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, you can drag and drop (place the cursor on the profile image/default icon to drag) responses to the Trash status or click on an response to view the details, select the Trash status for the Move to option and click Submit. Currently you can move the responses to Trash only one response at a time. Enable Strict Privacy to permanently delete responses in Formfacade You can enable the privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the three dots next to the Abandoned or Trash status > You can enable the privacy settings and click Save. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.
