Open your google form in an incognito window in the Chrome browser > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes and preview the form. Please try this and confirm. If you face any issues, please share a screenshot of the changes you have made in the google form along with the Formfacade share link for your form so that we can check it.
