Hi Jess, When you subscribe to the paid plan, you can either choose the monthly or annual plan. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non-refundable. If you need it only for a short term, you can choose the monthly subscription, use it for 2 months and then cancel the subscription before it is automatically renewed for the 2nd month. Go to the pricing page > click on the Buy now button for the preferred plan > login using your google account you would like to use > select monthly and click Proceed to make the payment. Once you have subscribed to the paid plan, you can manage your subscription using the customer portal. Login to Formfacade > click Account > click Manage plan > click Cancel plan to cancel your subscription or Update plan to open your customer portal and manage your subscription.
