Hi Sharon, you can view the signed forms in the Formesign Responses or the Reports page.

Login to Formesign > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on a response to view the details > click on the signed document to access it.

You can also set up your form to sync the signed forms to your Google Drive folder. For detailed instructions, please refer to the link below.
