Hi - If you would like to collect files from your users and easily manage all the files, then you should subscribe to the file upload 10gb, 100gb or 1tb plan. You can use our Petaform addon to automatically sync the uploaded files to your google drive when the user submits the form or enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier. Please note that you subscribe to the paid plan and set up form before collecting the responses. Note: When you set up the sync to drive, the file name will include the unique id for that response. The default file name is PF#####_filename where PF##### is the unique response id generated by Formfacade and the filename is the name of the file as uploaded by the user. If the name or email fields are mapped in the Respondent settings, then this will be included in the file name. When the email field is mapped, the file name will be PF#####_<email>_filename. Otherwise, if the name is mapped, the file name will be PF#####_<name>_filename.
