Hi Meghan, You can upload the logo in the Theme settings page to update the default profile picture. Login to Neartail. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page. Click Page. Upload your logo and click Save. You can also choose to update the Title (header, account name) and the Footer text ("This site belongs to..."). Please try this and confirm
