Open your form in Google Forms > click Responses > click Link to sheet > select Create a new spreadsheet > click Create to sync the google forms responses to google sheets. Please try this and confirm. Note #1 If you have used our templates to create your form, login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Launch to open the form in Google Forms. Note #2 If you are collecting files in the form, you can setup the form to sync the files to your Google Drive folder when the user submits the form. Open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade - File upload > click Sync to Drive > select the preferred folder and click Select.
