For occasional light use cases, subscribe to the Customize UI plan that supports file upload. You have chosen to subscribe to the Customize UI Premium plan. Here's the file upload features included in your Customize UI plan. - 10mb max file size - 2gb total file storage - Access the uploaded files after login using your email account Create file upload form You can either choose to use the Formfacade templates or customize existing google forms using the Formfacade addon. Formfacade Templates When you use the templates, the form will be created in the Formfacade system account and you will be added as a collaborator since Formfacade does not have the permissions to create a form in your drive. You can customize the form and use it to collect responses from your users. Existing Google Forms If you have already created your form in Google Forms, install the Formfacade addon > open your form in google forms > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click Customize this form > if you have already added a file upload question in your form, it will show a confirmation popup to convert Google Drive file upload into a html file upload > click Yes > click Proceed > Formfacade Edit page will open in a new tab > you can customize the form and use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses. Please note that the file upload question in Google Forms will be converted to a short answer question, but it will be displayed as a file upload question in Formfacade. You can also sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets. The link to the uploaded files will be recorded as a response in Google Forms and Google Sheets. You can login with the email account with an active subscription to access the uploaded files. Note: If you need to increase the max file size (up to 1gb per file, depends on the plan), increase file storage (up to 1tb, depends on the plan), increases the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, allow specific users from your team to access uploaded files, enable public links to allow anyone with the list to access the uploaded files, automate using Apps script or Zapier or sync the uploaded files to your google drive, then you can upgrade to the 10gb, 100gb or the 1tb file upload plan.
