Hi Tavya, you can customize the Submit button to redirect users to another webpage when they submit the form. Setup redirect on submit Open your form in Google Forms. Click on the addon icon. Click Formfacade. Click Customize this form. Click Proceed. Edit page will open in a new tab. In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button. Button settings will be displayed. Click On submit. Select Redirect on submit. Enter the redirect url and click Save. Please note that you must prefix the url with https:// Note: (1) You must use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses. Otherwise, customization and redirect will not work. (2) If you are using Google Sites, the redirect on submit option will not work. Google Sites & Wix embeds the form as an iframe and it denies certain permission required for redirection. This is a limitation of Wix/Google Sites. The workaround is to show a customized message with a hyperlink.
