I am creating different forms in formfacade and I want them all to be different. With a different name and different background image.
I have paid the premium version already and am experiencing a problem with updating the title of one form and it changes the preview of all the forms. My surveyors are making a complete joke out of me for this. Please help.
For example in the link I've sent you - I want to put a new background image and a new page title and it changes it with all the other forms I've created. Please help.

Hi Rado, The theme settings such as header (title), footer etc are applied at the account level and will be the same for all forms created using your account. The form title and image can be unique for each form. Instructions below. Unique image for each form Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > update it as required > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings will be displayed > Upload the banner image and click Save.
