I am gearing towards availing your business package. But I want to know about the submission limits. It says there that it could accept 3,000 submissions a month and it has 100 forms limit. What do you mean by 3000 submissions? Is it 3000 submission for each form or 3000 shared capacity / total accumulated submission of all the forms created? I have attached the form that I use as beta for sampling.

The 3,000 submissions per month limit in the Formfacade Customize UI Business plan refers to the total accumulated submissions across all forms in your account. It is not 3,000 submissions per form, but rather a shared limit for all the forms you create. So, if you have multiple forms, the combined total of all submissions for those forms should not exceed 3,000 in a month.

Thanks for the clarification. I also want to know how much would it cost us if we availed more submission credits? ...and how do we go about that.
