I am working on using your product to make paperless an intake system for our powersports dealership. I have 2 questions;
-Is there a way to print a form that doesn't just who one question per line. I'd like to print it in the same format as it appears on the screen as a completed form.
-Is there a way to change the number of the form, from the 1 2 3, to a number we assign it?
-Finally is there a way to print a form, so a thumbnail of the form appears.

Hi Joel, Please find the answers below. Export as pdf If you would like to print the form in a specific format, then you can use our Formfillable addon. You can create a template using Google Docs and automatically merge form responses into the template to generate pdf documents and send them via email when the user submits the form. Install Formfillable addonhttps://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/formfillable/189234873251 Unique ID When a user submits the form, we automatically generate a unique id for each response. This unique id will be displayed in the Responses page and can be included in the email, pdf export. This unique id will not be recorded in Google Forms and it cannot be customized.
