Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the multiple choice question to select it > click on the settings gear icon > Question settings page will be displayed > click Placeholder > add "anders" in the placeholder option and click Save. If you have enabled the other option for this question, "anders" will be displayed as the placeholder text.
