I had to make payment with a new credit card which I paid I think within two days of receiving the email alerting me to the fact that the other credit card hadn’t worked the money’s been taken from my account but now I can’t get into my account which I urgently need to finish a major project I’m working on. Why have I been locked out of the account? I can see that the money has been taken from my other credit card. Please fix this urgently so I can access my data.

You have raised a dispute for the subscription payment made on 11 April. We sent you an email but did not receive a reply. Please contact your bank to withdraw the dispute, and then reply to our email.
