Hi Maria, Formfacade Scorecery supports only public forms. If you have enabled the restrict to users in your domain option, then you will not be able to use your form with Formfacade Scorecery. If you would like to assign different points for answer choices and calculate category scores by adding the points for specific questions, then you can use the Scorecery addon to configure your form.
