I used your add-on to allow a weighted score for Google Form responses. It has been shared with the CFO for approval to use. I'm not certain what the cost should be that I pass on to the person who requested this. We created this form for Capital Requests for the next fiscal year. I'm not sure how many responses per month but I do know it will only last until October. Is the listed price per year or per month? Thank you!

Hi Jennie, When you subscribe to the paid plan, you can choose the monthly or annual option. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non refundable. You get a 50% discount on the monthly subscription pricing.
