Hi Hosni, Formfacade does not support Google Forms quiz feature. If you would like to add score calculations, then you subscribe to the Formfacade Calculate paid plan and use the Scorecery addon. You can assign points for answer choices and calculate scores. thanks for your reply, I am using Formfacade for educational purposes. Is there a way I could put a place holder after individual multiple choice question to show the score for each question?

We do not have the option to automatically show the points for individual questions. This is available only in the Scorecery reports.
