Product Plans You can either subscribe to the Formfacade Bundle, Team plan that includes the 4 products or choose to subscribe to the specific products that you need. Formfacade Bundle plan includes Embed, Customize UI, Upload file, Email notifications. If you would like to buy licenses for multiple users, you can subscribe to the Team plan that supports 5 users licenses. Instead of the Bundle or Team plan, you can choose to subscribe to the paid plan for specific products that you need. For example, if you just need file upload, then you can subscribe to the file upload paid plan and use the Petaform addon. Subscription You can choose the monthly or annual option when you subscribe to the paid plan. Monthly subscription is automatically renewed each month. You can cancel it anytime. Annual subscription is a 12 month contract and it is non-refundable. Response limits The number of forms you can create using your account and the responses can collect per month depends on the subscription plan. The response limits are reset each calendar month.

If I am going for a premium plan of formfacade, I will get 3000 responses limit. what if they are not used in that month? Will it be carried forward? Also, what if our responses exceed the given limit? will it be charged by not impacting the forms?

Hi Isha, the response limit will be reset each month. It will not be carried forward for the next month. The number of responses you can collect per month depends on the subscription plan. In the Customize UI premium plan, you can collect up to 1000 responses per month. If you need to collect more than 1000 responses in a month, you can upgrade to the Business plan that supports up to 3000 responses or the Bundle plan that supports up to 5000 responses. Formfacade does not automatically upgrade the account when you reach the max limit for your plan.
