Hi Ahmed, You can use Scorecery to add calculations in the form to calculate the overall score, sections scores or multiple category scores. When the user submits the form, you can show a conditional message based on the overall score or one of the calculated scores. Currently we do not have the option to show a conditional message for each section or category scores.

What's your use case? Could you please share the details along with an example response and the conditional message that you would like to display to the users.
