I would like to change the name that appears in the upper right-hand corner of our companies Formacade account. When I initially set it up we were only going to use it for uploading anniversary photos of parishioners in our parish. Since then we have added some other forms that are not related to weddings. I would simply like it to read The Community of the Good Shepherd and remove the Wedding Anniversaries that is currently in the title. This title appears in the upper left-hand corner of each of the forms we have and I feel it could be confusing to some. How do I go about making this small change?

Hi Patty, You can customize the header, footer, theme for your account. Please note that the theme settings are common for all the forms you create in your account Customize header, footer Login to Formfacade. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to...") and click Save. You can upload your logo (square image 1:1 aspect ratio) to replace the default profile picture.
