You can use the Scorecery addon to assign points and add score calculations in your google forms. If you would like to add the points for specific questions to calculate a category score, then please follow the instructions below. Calculate section score In the Scorecery Edit page, click on the + icon to add a short answer question > enter the title (For example: "Section #1 score") > click on the gear icon for this question > Field settings page will be displayed > click Answer > enter the following formula POINTS(SECTION) in the Calculate option and click Save.
