Hi Velmurugan, the footer cannot be removed, but you can customize it to update the default profile picture and the footer text. Instructions below. Login to Formfacade. Click on the form to open it. Edit page will be displayed. In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner. Click Change theme. Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page. Click Page. Enter the required text in the Title (header / account name), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to..."), upload your logo and click Save. The logo will replace the default profile picture in the footer. Please note that the theme settings are for your account and it will be applicable for all the forms you create using your account.
