I'm not getting any emails from my form, can you help set me up? People who submit this form must get an email with a unique number to confirm we got their response.
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > click on the three dots icon next to the Submitted status > click Email respondents > setup wizard will be displayed > select the email field from the list and click Next (note: this email field must be a mandatory field in the form) > update the subject and click Next > update the message and click Next > click on the link to open the form and submit a response to test confirmation emails.
When you set up the email notification using Formfacade, you can customize the subject and message as required. You can use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of all the answers or click on the @ icon in the message editor and select the required field from the list to include it in the message. If you would like to include a unique response id, you can use the #${ORDERID()} formula in the subject or message.
