There are three options to create a form: 1️⃣ Customize an existing google form using the Formfacade addon. 2️⃣ Use the import via url option in Formfacade. 3️⃣ Create a form using our templates. If you have already created your form in Google Forms, then you can install the Formfacade addon from Google Workspace marketplace > open your form in Google Forms > click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click Customize this form > click Proceed > Formfacade Edit page will open in a new tab > make the necessary edits in the form. Once you have customized your form, click Share > In the Share page, click Link > copy the short link and use it to collcect responses or click Embed > select your website platform, click Next > copy the embed code and add it in your website to embed the form. Formfacade supports public forms only. You must disable Google Forms features that require signin to use your form with Formfacade. Hi and thanks for such quick response. When I am in my google forms I have installed the Formfacade embeded in website. But when I click on the addon I see this as the image shows. What I have been googling and compared then I see different compared to other videos. But when I click on the addon it pops up a box that says "help" and if I click on the help button I came to your contact form where I could ask my question. But I havn't bought your product yet, I am using a demo now first. I wanted to see if my organisation can use this in an easy way and how it works. So far I'm impressed on what you can do. But want to be able to change the appearance on an already existing google forms. Is this limited because I am using a demo and when I upgrade it will work?

Also when I tried to import with url, it came up blank and the things that I had put in didn't show. Also I wonder if you have a different price if you are a nonprofit organisation? We work with youth and sports. We try to make it easier for youth to start sporting by creating their own sports group that exercise and do different activities together without this pressure to perform. We are located in Sweden.

Missing menu options If you open your Google Form, click on the add-on icon and select Formfacade (or any addon) immediately, sometimes only the Help option is displayed in the addon menu. This is a Google Workspace issue. Click on the addon icon a few mins after opening your Google Form (once the form is loaded); the addon menu options will be displayed. Note: If the menu options are still not displayed, it might be because of the app permissions settings for your google workspace account. Thanks, I got it to work now! Such a great tool! Am I able to see the form in formfacade even though I created a form in google forms? For example, am I able to see the form in this view? Because now I can't see it here when I manage to use the addon in google forms.
