In the responses, I have multiple categories: "abandoned" "submitted" "completed" and "trash." Unfortunately, I cannot select multiple responses to move them from completed to trash, so I have to individually click on each response and move them to the trash bin. Also, I cannot permanently remove the trash responses after I no longer need to keep them. Is there a solution to this?

Hi Seneca, Currently we do not have the option to multi-select responses and change the status. You will have to change the response status one at a time. Change response status Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, you can drag and drop (place the cursor on the profile image/default icon to drag) responses to the relevant (Completed or Trash) status or click on an response to view the details, select the relevant status (Completed or Trash) for the Move to option and click Submit. Enable Strict Privacy to delete responses You can enable the privacy option to delete the responses in Abandoned and Trash status permanently. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the three dots next to the Trash status > You can enable the privacy settings and click Save. When enabled, the responses in Abandoned and Trash status will be automatically deleted after 7 days. Please note that the Abandoned status will be hidden when the Privacy option is enabled.
