Hi Prakash, You just have to append the google forms prefill url parameters to the Formfacade standard link for the form or the url of the webpage where you have embedded the form. Please note that you must not use the Formfacade short link. What's your use case? Are you trying to use the prefill option to set default values in the form or prefill unique values for each user? Will you be embedding the form on your website or use the Formfacade share link to collect responses? Please share the details along with the link for the form.
