Hi Mia, You can customize the message in the email notifications. You can either use the ${response()} formula to show a summary of all the answers or click on the @ icon in the message editor, select the required field from the list to include it in the message. We do not have the option to include the files as attachments in the email. If you click on the @ icon in the editor and select the file upload question, then the link to the uploaded files will be displayed. Please note that only the form owner will be able to access the file after they login with their google account. If you are sending emails to other users, they will not be able to access the file by clicking on the link. Note: If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can subscribe to the file upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb and use the Petaform addon. You can increase the max file size to upto 1gb per file (depends on the plan), setup access to collaborate with your team, enable unlisted links to allow anyone with the link to access the file, automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive.
