My conditional message (equal to 0) is not working. When i click submit nothing happen. For else, it does working. Another thing, I put total score in hidden but in my real google form it shows. How can I solve this?
Hi Angela, I just tested your form by submitting two responses. The conditional messages in your form is working correctly for both the conditions (Score equal to 0 as well as the else condition). Please note that you will have to use the Formfacade share link to collect responses. Otherwise, score calculations and customization will not work.
When use the share link, the hidden score field will not be displayed to the users. When they fill the form, the conditional message based on the score will be displayed. The responses including the calculated score will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. You can sync Google Forms responses to Google Sheets.
