My form does not update the information of the Google sheets where it is connected

When you use the Formfacade share link or the embed code to collect responses, the responses are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. Are the submitted responses correctly in Google Forms? If yes, then the issue is with syncing responses to Google Sheets. This is a google forms feature. Open your form in Google Forms > click Responses > click on the three dots More icon > click Unlink form > click Unlink. You can then link the form with a new sheet. In Google Forms, click Responses > click Link to Sheets > select destination for responses (you can choose the existing spreadsheet or create new spreadsheet) > click Create. If the responses are not recorded correctly in Google Forms, please check if you have received any email notification for failed submissions. When there are issues with submit, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted). Please check and confirm.
