My Formfacade form stopped working on my website. I have the Customize UI plan for the past year. Did something change? I spent hours trying to figure out the problem. I reviewed my plan and still not sure why now it would not work. I finally caved and bought the 'Embed in Website Plan' which is this new?? because my form worked before without this. Now since I purchased the form is working.. I'd like info on what plan I actually need? Thanks Melanie
