Hi Justin, you have to use the embed code or the share link from the account with an active paid subscription. Otherwise, you will see the upgrade message when you hit the response limits. Which link are you using to collect responses? Please share the link so that we can check the account status.
You have used the link from a***l@gmail.com email address which does not have an active paid subscription. That's why you are seeing the upgrade message. Please use the link from your email account to embed the form and collect responses.
