I paid for this account under my google email address of collette.borland@stmarysbellevue.com as the Business Manager for St. Mary's Church and School. Prior to paying for this account we tried it free under doug.cutter@stmarysbellevue.com. We have forms tied to that email address. Hi - We do not provide phone support. Please ask your questions here in the forum or send us an email. We do not have option to transfer form ownership. The subscription is linked with the email account used to subscribe to the paid plan. Only that account can be used to customize the form and collect responses. If you have created your forms in google forms using a different email account, then the workaround is to add your email as a collaborator in the existing Google Forms to provide access. You can then install the Formacade addon using your email account, customize the form and use the share link from your account to collect responses. Once you customize a form, you can directly login to Formfacade and access the form from the Formfacade Forms dashboard. If multiple users need access to create the forms, you can subscribe to the Team plan that incudes 5 user licenses. Team plan allows you to have centralized billing.
