One of our employees with a FormFacade form integrated with Google Forms through the FormFacade plugin is leaving our organization. I would like to ensure that the subscription associated with this form remains active and associated with a current employee. Is there a process for adding a new owner to a FormFacade subscription/form, or for transferring to a new user?

Hi Kevin, We do not have the option to transfer ownership or subscriptions. If you would like to use a different email account, then you can subscribe to the paid plan using the preferred email account and then cancel your existing subscription. Note: You have created your form in Google Forms. If you would like to use your existing forms, the workaround is to add the new email as a collaborator in Google Forms to provide access. The new user can then install the addon, subscribe to the paid plan, customize the form and use the share link or the embed code from their account to collect responses.
