Hi Christie, you can use the Scorecery addon to assign different points and calculate scores. When you use the share link to collect responses, the responses and the calculated scores will be recorded in Scorecery and Google Forms. You can sync the Google Forms responses to Google Sheets in real time and then use Apps script or Make to integrate with HighLevel.
