                    Since we purchased this program we have made multiple issues and request a phone call from your support team. The current issue is that we are not able to open attachments that have been sent with the application. When clicking on the attachment we receive an error message. Hi Kim, thanks for the screenshot. This error message indicates that the file you are trying to access has been deleted. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on the response to view the details > scroll down to take a screenshot of the Comments section and please share it here. Does it show the Trash status in the Comments history?
