When the user submits the form, the response is recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. If there are any issues with submitting the form or recording the responses in Google Forms, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted). Did you get any notification emails with the error message? Please check and confirm. Otherwise, users might have started filling the form, but abandoned it.
