The google form imbedded into my site using form facade is not sending responses back to my google form. Responses are captured in form face but not receiving in the responses section of my google form or in the linked google sheet
When the user submits the embedded form, , the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. If there are any issues with submitting the form or recording the responses in Google Forms, we show an error message to the user and also send a notification email to the form creator. The submit can fail because there is an issue with the form, internet connectivity issue etc. The notification email will include the error message, draft id, link to the response (abandoned or submitted). Did you receive any email notifications for failed submissions?
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > click Responses > In the Responses page, click on a response not recorded in google forms > The submitted responses will be displayed > click on the three dots more icon > click Edit > the response (edit link) will open in a new tab > click Submit and check if you are getting any error or if the response is recorded in Google Forms. Please try this and confirm.
if you are facing any issues, please send an email to support@formfacade.com with the url of the webpage with the embedded form along with the edit link (copy from the url address bar) for the response not recorded in google forms.
