Hi Anna, Only editors in Google Form can access the uploaded files after they login with their google account. This is the default permissions for uploaded files.

If you need to give access to your team members, you must add them as collaborators in Google Forms and click on the addon icon > click Petaform > click More options > click Update to sync the changes. Once the changes are synced, the collaborators will be able to access the uploaded files.
