Hi Mandy, You have enabled the Go to section based on answer option and created a form with multiple endings. Unlike Google Forms, Formfacade allows you to customize the submit button for each ending. You have setup the redirect option for only one of the submit buttons. For the other endings, the default confirmation message from Google Forms will be displayed. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the Submit button > Button settings page will be displayed > click On submit > select Redirect on submit option > enter the url (must be prefixed with https://... and click Save. Repeat the steps for the other submit buttons in the form and click Save. Please try this and confirm.
