There is too much space at the top in the phone view and seems to be perfect in the desktop view although a friend looked at it on a different computer and it cut off part of the text at the top.
Hi Patti, the issue is with your form setup. You have added a background image in the form, enabled the transparent setting for the form and used line breaks by pressing enter to add spaces at the top so that the description is displayed below the image on the desktop.
You should remove the redundant line breaks (spaces) at the top of the form, delete the background image you have uploaded in the Theme settings and either choose the Colorful or Minimal theme with the banner image.
Colorful Vs Minimum theme
In the Colorful theme, the banner image will be set as a cover image that will be displayed at the top. Users will have to click on the start button to view the form. The banner image has an overlay depending on the primary, secondary color. Please note that the logo is displayed only in the footer in the Colorful theme.
In the Minimal theme, the banner image will be displayed above the form title. Users will directly see the form when they open the link. You can set the primary color that will be used for the button and the secondary color will be set as the background color for the page.
Select the preferred theme
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the profile name in the top right corner > click Change theme > Theme settings page will be displayed in the Preview page > select Minimal or Colorful theme, delete the background image and click Save.
If required, you can customize the header, footer, logo. Click Page > enter the required text in the Title (header), Footer option (replaces "This site belongs to...") and click Save. You can upload your logo to replace the default profile picture.
Banner image / delete redundant spaces
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > delete the spaces at the top in the description option > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings will be displayed > Upload the banner image and click Save. The banner image is displayed above the form title in the Minimal theme.
