Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon on the right corner > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > click Launch to open google forms > In Google Forms, click Responses and link your form with google sheets to sync the responses.
