Hi Leo, you can select the preferred layout in the form. Based on the selected layout and the question type, the questions in the form will be automatically arranged. You can choose the comfortable layout to arrange the fields in a 2 column layout on desktop. Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Formfacade Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the gear icon next to the form title > Form settings page will be displayed > click Appearance > select the Comfortable layout and click Save. With the current form setup, the short answer question for first name and last name will be displayed in the first row. The short answer question for email address and the dropdown question for project list will be displayed in the second row. If you would like to display the project list in the third row, the workaround is to change the question type for the project list question from dropdown to multiple choice.
