We had people upload their photos with their bio information to include in a document to share for our meeting. i can open and see the files but how can I download and potentially edit those photos for inclusion in the document I will create? Previously when used for abstact submissions the files downloaded automatically - but that does not seem to be happening with the phontos. Thanks for any advise on this. Mary Ellen

Hi Mary, when the user uploads the file and submits the form, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms, You will have to login with your google account and click on the link for the uploaded files to access and download them. If your primary requirement is to collect files, you can upgrade to the file upload plan (10gb, 100gb or 1tb plan). You can increase the max file size to up to 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, enable unlisted links to automate using Apps script or Zapier and use our Petaform addon to sync the uploaded files to your google drive when the user submits the form.
