we have an existing google form that goes to a Gsheet. If we use formfacade, can i confirm that all received information will still flow properly to the Gsheet as well as other internal gmail apps such as form approval?
Yes, you can customize your existing google forms using Formfacade and use the Formfacade embed code or the share link to collect responses. When the user fills the form and submits it, the responses will be recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. If you have linked your google forms with sheets (google forms feature)., the responses will be synced to google sheets as before.
Formfacade supports only public forms. Please note that the following Google Forms features that require signin are not supported.
[1] You must disable Limit to 1 response, restrict to users in your domain options to use Formfacade.
[2] Google Forms file upload requires users to login to submit the form. If you have added a file upload question in your form, you must convert it into html file upload using the Formfacade - file upload addon so that anonymous users can fill the form, upload the file and submit it.
[3] You must turn off the Send respondents a copy of their response option in Google Forms. You can either choose to use the Collect email address option "Responder input" in Google Forms or add a short answer question with the email response validation (recommended option). Please note that if you enable the Collect email address option, you must not use the "Verified" option.
