We have had this issue happen twice now. Our settings are that anyone with with the URL can access the formfacade and we are getting errors saying "This form is not publicly visible, it requires a google sign in to submit form (or to upload files) learn how to disable logins to get it working. Or, write to formfacade@guesswork.co if you need help." I check settings on form and the requires login is toggled off. If I toggle it on and leave it for about 30 seconds and then turn it back off again it fixes the issue. Can you please tell me why it is doing this and how we can fix it for good so that this doesn't happen again.

Hi Kurt, Formfacade supports only public forms. If you have enabled Google Forms features that require signin such as limit to 1 response, send respondents a copy of their response option or enable collect email address with verified input option or Google Forms file upload, you won't be able to use Formfacade. "This form is not publicly visible ... " message will be displayed in the form. If you have not enabled any of these options, then the warning message should not be displayed. If it happens again, could you please let us know so that we can check your form set up. Note: Whenever you make changes to your Google Form, click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes with Formfacade immediately.
