We use formfacade extensively for sign up for community sports, etc. However, we are finding that it is not refreshing quickly enough and so the form is not closing with the caps we are placing through formlimiter. It is only once we refresh formfacade that the relvant sections close. This is causing a LOT of issues as people then assume they have a place, or wit goes on to take payment without a space being allocated, etc.

If you are using Apps script or other addons such as Form limiter to update the form dynamically, the form won't work well with Formfacade. Whenever you make edits in Google Forms, you must click on the addon icon > click Formfacade > click More options > click Update or Customize to sync the changes with Formfacade immediately. Otherwise, it might take up to 1 hr for the changes to reflected. Note: If you are trying to set up products or tickets with limited availability, then you can use the Neartail addon that allows you to add items with prices and enable inventory feature.
