By default, forms created using Formfacade templates do not submit responses to Google Forms. If needed, you can enable the "Submit to Google Forms" option

Submit to google forms
Login to Formfacade > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > In the Edit page, click on the form title to select it > click on the ⚙️ settings gear icon > Form settings page will be displayed > click Advanced > enable the Submit to google forms option and click Save.
