The responses refers to the total number of responses you can collect per month. In the Customize UI Premium plan, your account can collect a total of 100 responses across all forms combined, not per individual form. When use the Formfacade share link to collect responses, the form submissions are recorded in Formfacade and Google Forms. The storage refers to the storage of the uploaded files. Customize UI plan allows you to collect files without login. This is useful for occasional light use cases that require collecting files. You get a 10mb max size per file with a total file storage of 1gb. Only the form owner can access the files one at a time after they login with their google account. If your requirement is to collect files and save them to your drive, you should subscribe to the Formfacade File upload plan 10gb, 100gb or 1tb. You can increase the max file size to up to 1gb per file (depends on the plan), the number of files per file upload question, restrict file types, enable unlisted links to allow anyone to access the files, add collaborators to provide access to specific users and sync the uploaded files to your google drive.
